Exit Survey
The Columbia Police Department is partnering with researchers from the University of South Carolina (USC) in an effort to evaluate Columbia residents’ perceptions of their communities and problems they have experienced. The following brief survey will help give us a better understanding of the issues that are most important to your neighborhood. Your opinion matters to us because the information will help us better serve your community.

The survey will require approximately ten minutes to complete. Your participation is vital to our goal of giving every Columbia citizen an opportunity to express their opinions and concerns. Once you have completed your survey, it will be forwarded directly to our USC research partners. Although participation is voluntary, USC receiving your completed survey is very important in making Columbia the safest community possible. Please feel free to contact our USC partners via telephone (803-777-1238) if you have any questions about this project. On behalf of the Columbia Police Department and USC, thank you for helping your community!
